This project was a sunroom addition to a residence located in Leander, TX. The owner’s approached HCB Designs with the idea of creating a space to compliment their outdoor living with focus on connectivity and transition. The key challenge here was to tie into the existing roofline in such a way that did not make it obvious that an addition had been constructed. HCB Designs was able to come up with a design that suited the owner’s needs and exceeded their expectations. In addition to the design, HCB Designs also provided turnkey construction services on this project.
