First Floor Renovation

This project is an interior renovation to the first floor of a late 1980s home located in The Hills of Lakeway. In this project the clients wanted to update the existing layout to a more transitional design with emphasis on entertainment and better connectivity to outdoor living. Key features include complete renovation of the existing kitchen, better connectivity to the outdoor living, optimal circulation through elongation of existing central corridor, complete renovation of master bedroom and bathroom and the addition of an outdoor shower.
