This project was the first phase of a two family residential development located in East Austin’s Lorraine Heights. It consists of 1850 SF of living space and features a second floor balcony and roof deck, which captures views of Austin’s downtown skyline. This transitionally modern styled home was designed with urbanism as a key influence. Clean linearism and orthogonal elements were brought together harmoniously to form this modern home for the urban family of the 21st Century. HCB Designs was responsible for the design and permitting of the project.
