This project is an addition and renovation to a residence located in Round Rock West. The owner’s approached HCB Designs with the idea of adding a second floor to their existing single story home and converting their 5th bedroom into a larger laundry room that could also be used as a dog wash with access from the master walk in closet. The key challenge here would be to implement new components onto an existing structure without compromising any of the existing or proposed structural integrity…HCB Designs was up for said challenge. Through detail oriented design and precision calculations, HCB Designs was able to come up with a design that not only exceeded the client’s expectations, but did so in such a way that was both feasible and budget conscious.
