This project is a renovation to a secondary bathroom inside of a 1970s, ranch style home located in Georgetown, TX. The homeowner wanted a more up to date/modern look which required a complete demo of the entire space down to the studs. The bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, complete with a frameless glass enclosure, bench with granite top to match the niché sill, and curb, new floor to ceiling wall tile, and accent tile border. New tile flooring to match the wall tile was added to create more of an open experience. Custom, solid wood cabinets were installed with soft close features, and solid surface counters to match the shower for a seamless look. HCB Designs acted as both designer and contractor, self performing approximately 75% of the trade work.
