This project is a complete renovation with addition to a 1970s home located in South Houston. HCB Designs worked with the client to achieve a completely new layout to the existing home which included a modern/open layout with a focus on keeping the existing plumbing in its original location, resulting in construction cost savings. Other key design features include updated kitchen open to living and dining, walk-in butler’s pantry, and new master suite with direct access to a new covered patio.
