Description
The first phase of a two-family residential development in East Austin's Lorraine Heights. It consists of 1,850 SF of living space and features a second-floor balcony and roof deck that capture views of the downtown Austin skyline.
Scope of work
This transitionally modern home was designed with urbanism as a key influence — clean linearism and orthogonal elements brought together to form a modern home for the urban family. HCB Designs was responsible for the design and permitting of the project.
The 2,515 SF total includes porches, carport, balconies and similar total-area components.
