Description
An addition and renovation to a residence located in Round Rock West. The owners approached HCB Designs with the idea of adding a second floor to their existing single-story home, and converting their fifth bedroom into a larger laundry room that could also serve as a dog wash with access from the primary walk-in closet.
Scope of work
The key challenge was implementing new components onto an existing structure without compromising existing or proposed structural integrity. Through detail-oriented design and precise calculation, HCB Designs arrived at a design that exceeded the client's expectations while remaining feasible and budget-conscious.
